Return policy

Right of Return

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order — without providing a reason.

The returned product must meet the following conditions:

  • the product is unused and shows no signs of use;

  • it has original tags attached;

  • it is returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

If the above conditions are not met, the seller reserves the right to refuse the return.

Return Procedure

To make a return, please:

  1. Download the return instructions.

  2. Complete the return form included in the instructions.

  3. Send the completed form to the following email address: info@lilulines.pl.

  4. Follow the further steps described in the instructions.

The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer,
except in cases where the return is due to an error on the seller’s part.

Refunds

The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date the returned product is received and inspected.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used to place the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you have received a damaged product or a product that does not match your order, please:

  • take photos of the product;

  • send the photos together with your order number to: info@lilulines.pl.

Such claims are processed as a priority.

Product Exchange

We do not offer direct product exchanges.
To receive a different size or color, please:

  • return the product;

  • place and pay for a new order.
