Terms And Conditions Of Using The Lilulines E-Gift Card

The Lilulines E-Gift Card is available for purchase online only at lilulines.pl and can be used exclusively in the online store.

The E-Gift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of payment.
After the expiration date, any unused balance will be forfeited.

Purchased E-Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Refunds to a payment card or in cash are not possible.
The E-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or its equivalent.

No cash change is given.
If the order value exceeds the E-Gift Card balance, the customer must pay the remaining amount with a payment card.

In the event of a return for an order paid partially or fully with an E-Gift Card:

• the amount used from the E-Gift Card will be returned to the E-Gift Card,

• the amount paid by payment card will be refunded to the same payment card used for the purchase.

Refunds are processed within up to 10 business days after the return is approved.

To obtain and verify information about the electronic gift card, the Customer is required to provide the first and last name of the Customer (the person who made the payment), a phone number or email address, and the last 4 letters or numbers of the card. The unique electronic gift card code will be sent to the provided email address or phone number via SMS.

By purchasing the E-Gift Card, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
